Requirements & Restrictions

• The ranch is available to accommodate two to 26 people. The property can accommodate up to 42 people comfortably for an added fee.
• Guests must be at least 21 years of age when renting the property.
• Minimum three-night stay is required upon booking.

• All prices are all-inclusive and cannot be broken into custom packages. Hunting, spa and golf can be scheduled for an added fee.
• Guests will be issued provisions sheets before their arrival in order for our staff to appropriately build menus and stock necessary items.
• All off property activities and meals will be at your discretion. Transportation to the activities will be provided by Picosa Ranch
