Our team is the heart of Picosa Ranch. Most of our team members have been with us for decades and know Picosa Ranch better than anyone. They are experts on the land and appreciate all of the hidden secrets that make Picosa Ranch so special.

Bubba and Charlie Ammann have the strongest connection, having grown up on the ranch when their grandparents, Governor and Mrs. John Connally, owned the property. Now serving as the Vice President of Operations and Director of Sales and Marketing respectively, the Ammann brothers continue to explore the ranch and enjoy telling stories of what it was like growing up on such an amazing property. They each bring a great sense of fun and excitement to the ranch and to your experience. Their love for Picosa Ranch is genuine and infectious, translating into a phenomenal experience for you and your guests.
