Taking inspiration from the distinct flavors of Texas paired, Picosa Ranch’s classically trained chef will prepare meals that will delight your senses. Enjoy meals made from locally sourced ingredients, top quality meats and garden grown herbs and produce. Our team will customize your menu to include all your favorite dishes and ingredients. Experience a five course meal complete with wine pairings and gourmet cuisine one night and travel to a traditional Texas bar-b-que complete with chuck wagon, baked beans, grilled meats and all the fixings the next.

Picosa Ranch features numerous locations for dining, all with a special look and feel.

If you are looking for a formal space for a meal, this is it. Set adjacent to the Main House kitchen, the dining room features a grandiose, antique rose wood table that will hold up to 16 people comfortably.

The ideal place for a romantic meal for two, the herb garden is surrounded by luscious greenery, an abundance of flowers and beautiful landscapes. Enjoy beautiful views in a breathtaking private setting with your special someone.

The main lodge can accommodate anywhere from two to 26 people at the immense table. Decorated and set to your liking, this is a much more casual setting for a large group and can be customized to fit your more intimate gathering of friends and family.

The pool at the South Range Lodge has a unique area where you have your choice of swimming up to the bar to get your meal or walking down to the pit which sits eye-level to the pool. The pit provides seating for up to 40 between tables, bar seating and benches. Guests in the pool can swim up to the opposite side of the bar and enjoy a meal while staying cool in the water. This is a casual dining area featuring a menu selection of sandwiches, salads and hamburgers. Customized menus are also available.

Looking to do something really unique? Take a ride – in a Polaris or on horseback – to the Picosa Creek and enjoy your meal surrounded by wildlife and enormous Oak trees. We can set up a tent with tables or stay true to Texas with hay bales for seating and picnic tables.

Texas is synonymous with Cowboys and the Old West. The chuck wagon is a staple in the Western films and folklore and we have carried on that tradition at Picosa Ranch. Enjoy a traditional meal cooked on a fire and served from a chuck wagon. Our chef will prepare a meal in true Texas fashion, with bar-b-que beans, cornbread and all the fixins!
