Swimming is a must in Texas and the swimming areas at the ranch resort will not disappoint. Two main swimming areas feature distinctly different styles and amenities.

The Oaks features a pool with sumptuous lounge chairs and exquisite views. Placed between the Main House and Guest House, the pool area is a relaxing setting surrounding by beautiful greenery.

The Lodge pool is an experience to remember with plush lounging chairs, a cool spa, swim-up bar, entertaining area and technology, which includes three flat, screen, outdoor televisions and surround sound. Enjoy all that the area has to offer or relax with the exquisite views and sounds of nature.

Experience a spa treatment with nature surrounding you. The beautiful landscapes of Picosa Ranch can be your backdrop as we bring the spa to you. Take your pick of services. If you’re looking for something a bit more traditional, our staff will gladly schedule an appointment for you at one of San Antonio’s most luxurious spas where you can pick from a large menu of services. We will happily chauffer you to and from your appointment for the ultimate in relaxation.

On a clear night, Picosa Ranch will showcase the night’s sky with a blanket of exquisite stars. Twinkling stars will stare down at you, urging you to find the patterns. We will turn all of the lights down and break out the telescopes for a stargazing adventure. See how many constellations you can find.

When you think of a Texas ranch, s’mores by the fire are probably one of the first things that pop into your head. This is by far one of our favorite evening activities. Enjoy the picturesque fire pit while making delicious s’mores and enjoying great company. And, if you’re really in the mood for the campfire experience, an old cowboy will join us at the fire to tell old stories of the land. S’mores and Picosa Ranch, you can’t get an evening much better than that.
